He has a wide experience in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, oil and gas disinvestment, infrastructure, etc. Recently, he was nominated by Asia Law & Practice, as a leading lawyer in Asia in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions and he is also featured among the 40 International Star Lawyer graded by, The Lawyer magazine.

Brings to the company more than 17 years of experience in the areas of Finance and General Management. Prior to joining Legal Circle, he was with GECIS (now known as Genpact), KPMG, E&Y and Tetrapack. He is an active member of Who’s Who. He is a qualified Cost Accountant.
